Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Barnard Castle to help manage day-to-day store operations. The role involves leading a small team on various shifts, including mornings and evenings, with at least one weekend shift.

You’ll assist on tills and in the in-store bakery, while driving stock accuracy and customer service. Located in Middleton in Teesdale area, the role offers part-time hours with regular overtime and a strong emphasis on member discounts and community engagement.

Customer Team Leader

Location: 9-12 Chapel Row Middleton in Teesdale, Barnard Castle, DL12 0SN

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 12-16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery
