Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Customer Selections Analyst (12-month FTC) in Stratford-upon-Avon, with a salary up to £50,000. You will join a data-driven team delivering customer targeting, campaign analysis, and actionable insights that influence marketing and engagement strategies.

Using SQL and analytics, you will build dashboards, source and analyse datasets, and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience using SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools, ideally Power BI or similar.
• Experience delivering analytics within a customer, marketing, or campaign-focused environment.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-focused environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer selections using SQL to target audiences and meet business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and build self-service dashboards for insights.
• Develop subject matter expertise across customer datasets and support data sourcing, analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Present insights, recommendations, and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support QA processes to ensure outputs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with analytics and optimisation teams to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
