A leading technology company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Support Technician. You will be responsible for providing technical customer support and managing returns of faulty equipment. Ideal candidates must have experience with electronics, fault-finding capabilities, and be comfortable with minor repairs. Occasional national and international travel might be required. To be considered for the Customer Support Technician opportunity you must have experience with electronics and PCB technology, be able to fault-find, comfortable supporting customers technically, happy to travel occasionally nationally and internationally, experience managing a returns process, and experience carrying out minor repairs and refurbishment.
