A leading testing and inspection company in Cramlington is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer services, proficiency in MS Office, and a full UK driving license. This permanent role offers a salary of £23,868 per annum with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can develop and maintain excellent working relationship with customers, ensuring that their requirements are met, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of service delivery.

  • Ensure all customer jobs are processed, sales reviews and reporting are delivered to our customers on time.
  • Development, management and maintenance of Service Level Agreements for all customers in line with quality standards
  • Ensure thatcustomerissues are dealt with in an efficient manner
Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in:

  • Customer Services
  • Dealing with multiple lines of communication
  • Using MS Office systems to a high standard

You will also have the following:

  • FullDriving licence for use in the UK
  • Experience of working within food / Food safety
