A leading aviation recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a Customer Support Representative. This role focuses on managing customer relationships and ensuring compliance to drive value for the business. The focus of this role is on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and managing Customers to ensure compliance and the business secures value for money. To support business continuity this role will require from time-time, cross department functionality with the Procurement Team and the CSR will be required to step-in and support the Purchasing Teams in times of absence and or to support workload balancing.
