RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to:

Location: Central

Duration: 12 months contract

Working Hours: Mon - Thurs, 9am – 6.30pm, Fri, 9am to 5.30pm

Salary: Up to $4000 per month

Job Description
  • Manages and handles incoming & outgoing emails, service escalations, and waivers.
  • Ensures cases are attended within the standard turnaround time to customers.
  • Works with team members to meet the Service Level for Emails, Letters, Faxes, Payment Advice, and Social Media management daily.
  • Renders support to submit waiver requests for cases submitted via IVR.
  • Adheres to the rules and guidelines as per the bank's Code of Conduct and Group Banking Operations Policy when handling emails, faxes, letters, processing requests, and Social media management.
Requirements
  • A Level/Local Diploma only.
  • Basic computer literacy skills.
  • Organised and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
