A leading technology solutions provider in Great Yarmouth is seeking a Customer Support Engineer. You will provide technical support and installations for innovative sonar technology products. The ideal candidate has technical education in a relevant field and experience with sonar survey equipment. This role offers excellent benefits, including a company bonus and flexible working hours.

Salary: Up to 55k DOE & Company Bonus
Our client are a leading provider of high quality innovative sonar technology solutions for survey applications spanning inland waterways, inshore, nearshore and offshore environments to full ocean depth. They specialise in the design, development, manufacture, and commissioning of advanced side scan, bathymetry, and sub‑bottom profiling sonar‑systems. They are looking for a Customer Support Engineer, a self‑starter who can learn and understand our products inside‑out; understand the sonar equipment marketplace and our competitors; provide customer support and installations; spot opportunities when talking to customers for up‑selling; arrange testing and inspections of returned equipment.
