A growing online training company in the UK is seeking a Customer Support Consultant who will assist customers with online training needs. This role involves collaborating with a customer-focused team and providing exceptional service through various channels. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a flexible remote-first environment. As our company maintains growth, and our product range diversifies, we are looking for a Customer Support Consultant to build excellent levels of rapport with our customers to assist with the expansion of our customer base. You'll work alongside a customer-focused team supporting customers via various contact methods including phone, email and live chat, and through our social media and reviews pages. You'll be encouraged to use your initiative and judgement to help resolve their issues, building relationships and representing the business with professionalism at all times. We pride ourselves on our high standard of customer service, making this a great opportunity for someone with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
