Job role: Customer Support Co-ordinator

Salary: £28,000 + 6% performance bonus

Working location: Belfast Office

Job summary:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our Belfast team, providing first-class service to builders, developers, and inspection teams across Northern Ireland. This role is all about problem-solving, guiding customers through processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key part in supporting our stakeholders, managing important site documentation, and helping us deliver on our promise of excellent customer service.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Handling calls, emails, and online requests, making sure everything is dealt with quickly and accurately
  • Supporting builders and developers through registration and site processes, ensuring all details are correct
  • Acting as the go‑to admin point for site and plot management documentation
  • Assisting with financial processes such as invoices, credits, and pricing approvals
  • Taking ownership of queries, escalating when needed, and ensuring a timely resolution
  • Providing flexible support across the wider Customer Services team during busy periods
  • Supporting and working closely with the Northern Ireland Regional Director’s PA
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong administration skills with experience in a busy customer support environment
  • Confident communication skills – written, verbal, and over the phone
  • IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with online systems
  • A proactive, organised, and detail‑focused approach
  • Ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, and solve problems
  • Great rapport‑building skills and the ability to stay calm with unhappy customers
  • GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths
