Belfast (On-site, City Centre)

£25,480 annually + 20% uplift for unsociable hours

Full-time | 40 hours per week

We're recruiting Customer Support Advisors to support users of a major global streaming platform, helping customers get the most out of the tech they use every day.

This is a customer service role with a digital edge — perfect for someone who's comfortable with apps, platforms, and problem-solving.

What you'll be doing: Customer Support Advisor
  • Supporting customers via phone and social channels
  • Helping users navigate apps, accounts, and subscriptions
  • Troubleshooting issues across devices and platforms
  • Explaining features clearly, without jargon
  • Turning its not working into sorted — thanks
