About the Role:

About Ecovision:

Ecovision has extensive experiencedesigning,installingandmanaging distributed rooftop solar PV asset portfolios across the UK.

Wehave installed over 5,500 systems andcurrently manage over 19,000 installations acrossthemainland UK(63MWp capacity). Our clients are primarily Portfolio Investors, Councils, and Housing Associations. We have a strongtrack recordof managing long-term solar performance and work with clients to minimise operational costs whilemaximisingrenewable energy generation.

WhatYou’llDo:
Main Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of written customer enquiries via our central inbox, ensuring swift and professional responses about their solar systems
  • Proactively schedule remedial works for the field service team, assigning the right skill level and acting quickly to minimise delays
  • Support and coordinate with field engineers daily, managing their diaries andassistingwith real-time challenges
  • Accurately register new smart meters installed by the field team without delay
  • Step in to provide immediate support for booking smart meter changes, upgrades, and triage tasks whenrequired
  • Ensure prompt and proactive communication with customersregardingfaults and resolutions
  • Drive the scheduling and tracking of warranty claims, stock dispatches, and active job progress,maintainingfull visibility and accountability
  • Keep Salesforce CRM records precise and fully up to date, taking responsibility for data accuracy
  • Maintain clear, professional, andtimelycommunication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support the wider customer care and operations team with high-quality administrativeassistance
  • Handle inbound calls relating to basic legal administrative queries from customers and solicitors with confidence and clarity
Other duties
  • The post holder maybe requiredto undertake other reasonableadhocduties asappropriateand requested by their Line Manager.

Skills and experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational abilities and a commitment to taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
  • A solution-oriented mindset, capable of handling competing priorities with confidence
  • Team player attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and internal departments
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Previousexperience or a strong interest in the energy or renewables sector is desirable, though not essential

Any offer of employment will require satisfactory references and completion of a successful6 monthprobation period.

Location:

Ecovision, Pure Offices, Quedgeley, Gloucester.

Hours:

37.5hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary:

£25,320- £27,500per annum.
