Job summary

Itsu Grocery is seeking an International Customer Supply Executive to join our International Supply Chain team. You will manage product movement from European warehouses to distributors and retailers while collaborating with the UK team.

The role suits someone at the start of their supply chain career who is keen to learn and grow. Ideal candidates are analytical, excel-savvy, and capable of building strong relationships with logistics providers and customers.

About the role:

itsu [grocery] is looking for an International Customer Supply Executive to join our International Supply Chain team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their supply chain career who is eager to learn, develop, and grow within a fast-paced international business.

The successful person will manage the movement of products from our European warehouses to our distributors and retailers across Europe; as well as working with the UK team. This individual should be analytical and be able to form strong relationships with our logistics providers and customers to maximise our service. They will also be responsible for reporting service levels and investigating issues.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Order capture from our customers, managing short supply situations with our warehouses.
• Build strong relationships with customer & logistics providers.
• Process distribution invoices and analyse outbound delivery costs. Maximise efficiencies & ensue we are delivering in the most efficient way.
• Report on service levels, investigating & resolving logistics, order and invoice issues.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maximise service levels while managing cost and environmental impact.
