A technology company in Bristol seeks a Customer Success Team Manager to lead a team dedicated to enhancing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager who inspires others, supports team development, and drives growth. Role: Customer Success Team Manager
Salary: £45,000 per year + Bonuses
Contract type: Full-time. We offer flexibility of working hours and location.
Location: Bristol (hybrid) We ask all team members to come into the office at least 3 x per quarter.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the CS Team Manager will support and guide a team of customer success representatives focused on strengthening customer relationships and driving growth through thoughtful, partnership-based account management. It will be the responsibility of the Customer Success Team Manager to turn Signable's strategy and goals set by the Head of Success and the senior leadership team into clear, achievable actions, and ensure these are delivered with care and consistency by the team. You'll be encouraged to share ideas, shape processes, and develop creative approaches that help our customers succeed and support our company goals. This is a people management role, and the successful candidate will be managing, coaching and mentoring a team, overseeing professional development plans and ensuring their ongoing growth.
The role will suit someone who is an experienced people manager, with the ability to inspire, support and empower others and who enjoys working in a purpose driven customer focused environment.
