Position: Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist at The Flex, you’ll be the bridge between our technology and our clients’ success. You’ll support both guests and landlords, ensuring smooth communication, fast issue resolution, and consistently high satisfaction levels. This role is perfect for someone who’s tech-savvy, empathetic, and thrives on helping people succeed — whether that means solving issues, optimising systems, or delivering world-class support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for guests and landlords through chat, email, and phone.
  • Onboarding & Guidance: Help new landlords and partners understand and get value from our PMS tools.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve guest or landlord issues quickly and professionally.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track guest satisfaction, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Operations, Product, and Tech to streamline processes and improve the customer journey.
  • Upsell & Retention: Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays or improve landlord engagement.
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer success, hospitality, or property management.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable navigating multiple digital tools (CRM, PMS, communication platforms).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic and proactive — you don’t just solve problems, you prevent them.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
