Our client, who are a leading digital SaaS company is expanding and are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to be a vital partner in their client's journey. This role blends proactive customer success with responsive support, ideal for someone who enjoys helping users directly while also nurturing long-term client relationships.

This is an office based role in Southampton. The successful candidate would ideally need to drive given the location of the office.

Skills required:

  • 2+ year in customer success role
  • Ideally experience working for a Tech, SaaS business
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and handle multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack, Teams, or similar is beneficial
  • A curious, tech-savvy attitude with a focus on delivering value to clients

Responsibilities:

  • Log client interactions and feedback in our CRM system to inform future engagement
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure they are maximising the value of their setups and content
  • Serve as a friendly and proactive point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs
  • Monitor client engagement and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
