Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Support activities and projects to enhance customer engagement, drive long-term adoption, and improve customer success metrics.
  • Identify content use-cases and help move customers to a cloud environment, driving adoption and optimization best practices.
  • Assist in coordinating product adoption initiatives, customer communications, and stakeholder engagement to deliver business value.
  • Prepare reports on customer health metrics and provide insights to improve outcomes; collaborate with the Business Analytics team and tools to build skills in data analysis.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives sponsored by CS leadership to drive key adoptions (e.g., AI).
  • Assist with content creation for internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with brand voice and customer needs.
  • Support process improvement projects to enhance efficiency in customer engagement.
What You Are
  • Undergraduate student in a placement year returning to study Autumn 2027; you have the right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Drive and resilience with a can-do attitude; a team player who is customer-focused.
  • Attention to detail; able to prioritize and meet deadlines; willingness to learn quickly.
  • Additional languages (French or German) are a plus but not required.
  • Business, Technology, or Management-related studies are beneficial but not required for success as a placement student at Box.
