A tech company in the UK is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding, training, and building relationships with customers, while also identifying opportunities for contract renewals. Ideal candidates should have experience in a startup environment and be able to thrive in a dynamic workplace. This role offers a salary of up to £40,000 and flexible working arrangements.

The Customer Success Manager acts as a key member of the customer team, reporting to the Customer Success Lead. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in start-up/scale-up environments and will be responsible for onboarding and supporting product adoption within our existing account base.
