Any experience of the skilled trades sector, i.e building, construction, plumbing etc would be really helpful
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead the onboarding and optimisation of insurance partners, ensuring a seamless experience from contract signature through to launch and maturity.
You’ll work collaboratively across Business Development, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations — combining relationship management, project delivery, and data insight to drive commercial success and partner satisfaction.
