Any experience of the skilled trades sector, i.e building, construction, plumbing etc would be really helpful

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead the onboarding and optimisation of insurance partners, ensuring a seamless experience from contract signature through to launch and maturity.

You’ll work collaboratively across Business Development, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations — combining relationship management, project delivery, and data insight to drive commercial success and partner satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of new partners, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
  • Act as the main contact for partners, building trusted relationships and driving performance.
  • Use data and reporting to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve processes, enhance partner value, and support renewals.
  • Maintain accurate tracking through Salesforce and other project tools.
Must Haves
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Partner Management, or Implementation roles
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management and coordination abilities
  • Confident using data and reporting to inform decisions
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Nice to Haves
  • Background in insurance, financial services, or SaaS
  • Experience using Salesforce and project management tools
  • Knowledge of affinity or partner-led insurance models
  • Project management or business qualification (desirable, not essential).
