What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for enterprise customers, aligning on strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate and lead complex projects, managing the complete portfolio of services within the customer base
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and journey
  • Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues and monitor churn risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Prior experience in the SaaS, Tech, or Software industry
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects within a customer base
  • Solid understanding of customer service and experience managing complex customer relationships
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, adaptable to various audiences
  • Strong problem-solving, change management, and conflict resolution skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in industries served by the employer (Pest, Lawn & Landscape, Cleaning, and Security)
  • Project Management (PMP) or related certifications
