Job Description:

Customer Success Manager

Carbon Offset Monitoring

Series B Climate Tech

We’re working with a Series B climate tech scale-up using state-of-the-art machine learning with geospatial data to transformationally improve the accuracy, regularity, and cost of carbon offset monitoring. Their platform enables project developers, corporates, and investors to verify climate impact faster, more reliably, and at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods.

Following their Series B funding, they are scaling rapidly and looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure their growing global client base gets maximum value from their technology — driving adoption, retention, and long-term partnerships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own a portfolio of high-value accounts, from onboarding through to renewal.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across carbon project developers, corporates, and climate finance organisations.
  • Help clients fully leverage our ML + geospatial platform to meet their MRV (measurement, reporting, verification) needs.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to feed back customer insights and influence the roadmap.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
  • Deliver regular business reviews, performance metrics, and ROI reporting.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within B2B SaaS, climate tech, or geospatial analytics.
  • Strong understanding of carbon markets, MRV processes, or environmental data (bonus if you’ve worked with geospatial datasets).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience working in a scaling start-up or Series A/B environment.
  • Passion for climate action and delivering real-world impact.
  • Be part of a Series B scale-up shaping the future of carbon markets.
  • Work with cutting-edge ML + geospatial technology in a mission-driven team.
  • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
  • Flexible working and a collaborative, innovative culture.
  • Opportunity to work with some of the most forward-thinking organisations in climate and sustainability.
