Description of the role :
  • Travel to customer sites across the UK
  • Install company hardware where required (tablets, tablet scanners, etc.)
  • Configure the business system on-site (users, vehicles, workshops, sites, permissions, setup)
  • Deliver hands‑on training to mechanics, workshop managers, office staff, and drivers
  • Ensure the customer is fully operational before leaving site
  • Provide go‑live day and post support
  • Gather feedback and relay it directly to the development team
  • Support customers in the first month post‑installation with practical guidance
