Client Success Manager

They’re now looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure clients see real, lasting impact from their tools and insights.

Role Overview
  • Location: Hybrid/New Malden, Greater London (3 days office, 2 days WFH)
  • Package: £50,000- £70,000pa, Annual Bonus & Benefits
  • Industry: SAAS
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build trusted relationships with clients while driving measurable results, not just activity.
  • Guide HR, Talent Acquisition and L&D leaders to new ways of working that deliver real outcomes.
  • Spot commercial opportunities and collaborate with Sales to grow accounts.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively reduce churn risk before it arises.
  • Drive adoption, influence behaviours, and ensure solutions are fully embedded.
  • Identify and empower client champions to increase internal and external referrals.
  • Feed valuable client feedback into product teams to shape future roadmaps.
Main Skills Needed
  • 3–5 years in client success, ideally within B2B SaaS, HR tech or assessment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify where value can be created.
  • Confident working across tech platforms, with a track record of turning data into actionable insights.
  • Experience engaging HR, Talent Acquisition or L&D stakeholders would be preferred.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Curious, consultative, collaborative and driven personality.
