Overview
Conrad Energy seeks a detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to manage day-to-day onboarding of new customers using iON+ SaaS for renewable energy company assets.
Responsibilities
- Act as main day-to-day customer contact point.
- Take signed commercial contracts through to smooth deployments for energy generators around the world.
- Manage customer expectations, timelines, and take a proactive approach to internal collaboration between teams.
- Closely work alongside the technical project manager & digital engineering teams to deliver the project to a high standard.
- Conduct regular progress meetings including quarterly reviews with senior team members.
- Create and maintain onboarding materials, constantly reviewing what is working most effectively for each customer.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders to identify early renewal and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales Development roles in the software industry or energy sector.
- Detail and action oriented – ownership of timelines and complex tasks requiring multiple stakeholders.
- Clear and consistent communicator – best methods for updating end customer and colleagues on progress.
- Natural relationship builder – capable of building strong working relationships with all levels of a customer's business.
- Strategic commercial thinker – spot opportunities within the existing client to solve their problems with technology.
- Persuasive – skilfully navigate commercial or project trade offs ensuring smooth delivery and happy customers.
- Professional curiosity – continually learn new technologies at the cutting edge as the energy industry moves towards net‑zero by 2050.
- Desirable: existing understanding of UK power market fundamentals.
- Desirable: experience or familiarity with Atlassian JIRA product suite.
- Desirable: people management experience.
