Job summary

Pulsar Measurement is seeking a Customer Service and Internal Sales Coordinator to manage customer enquiries through to order, production and shipment. You will prepare quotations, coordinate with Sales and Engineering, and ensure pricing and delivery data are accurate.

Travel is limited; ERP accuracy and strong communication are essential for success. Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments with Epicor or similar ERP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, internal sales, sales administration or order processing.
• Experience preparing quotations and converting them into sales orders.
• Competence using ERP system with strong numerical and administrative accuracy.
• Confident written and verbal communication with strong organisation and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal sales and customer-service contact for customers and enquiries.
• Prepare accurate quotations using approved pricing, costing, margin, lead-time and commercial information.
• Coordinate with Operations to input pricing, material and capacity before quotations.
• Communicate price, validity, delivery assumptions, payment terms and MOQs clearly.
• Follow up open quotations and convert accepted ones into orders.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, order and commercial data in the ERP.
