Associate Customer Services Advocate – Early Career Opportunity

Salary: £25–30k + bonus

We’re partnering with a global tech giant whose products power some of the world’s largest businesses. They’re looking for an Associate Customer Services Advocate to join their team.

What you’ll do
  • Support new customer onboarding and ensure a smooth experience
  • Build trusted relationships across customer teams (engineering, operations, procurement)
  • Coordinate service delivery, monitor performance, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve customer value
  • Support sales with renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Prepare reports and maintain regular stakeholder communication
What you will need
  • Degree in Engineering or Business (preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Confident with MS Office (Excel in particular); knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce is an advantage
