Our Summit ONE in Farnborough is home to the National Sales Company for the BMW Group in the UK, as well as BMW Group Financial Services which offers retailers, corporate and private customers a range of customised financial services. Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough.We decided in November 2020 to bring together BMW Financial Services and Alphabet to stay relevant to our customers and continue to succeed in a rapidly changing business environment.

BMW UK, Financial Services, Farnborough – Customer, Strategy & ESG – 13 Month Placement (July 2026)
The Customer, Strategy & ESG team is responsible for the development and implementation of corporate strategy, customer strategy and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) activities for BMW Group Financial Services and Alphabet UK.
In this varied and interesting student placement, you’ll be responsible for guiding the on-going development and monitoring of business strategy.You will help drive this through customer and market analysis, presentation of insights and stakeholder communication, meaning, you’ll play an integral part in organisational development and the achievement of company objectives. Additionally, you will assist with the communication of strategy and insights, in collaboration with the internal communications team.
If you apply, the next stages of the recruiting process include online testing, an in-person assessment centre and then a virtual interview with the hiring manager.
To be eligible for this position, you must be returning to your studies, for a minimum of 6 months, after completion of this placement. You must be able to provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK.
