As a Customer Solutions Design Specialist at BT, your primary role is to design and deliver solutions tailored to the needs of our external customers, specializing in network, voice, or contact centre solutions. Collaborating within a global team, you'll lead medium to large designs and may even take on the role of a design lead, influencing our future direction. Emphasising customer‑centricity, you'll promote our offerings and ensure solutions align with customer needs. We encourage continuous growth, empowering you to suggest new opportunities, challenge processes, and drive technological advancements.
