Job summary

The Clancy Group Limited is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead operational teams across Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Fleet, Operational Delivery and Customer Experience. You will manage performance, ensure compliance, and drive improvements while balancing client expectations with business priorities.

You will plan and manage upcoming works, review risk assessments, conduct safety audits, and oversee fleet and drivers to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within the utilities or water sector.
• IOSH qualification essential.
• NRSWA, SMSTS/SSSTS or CDM training would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promote a right first time approach to reduce rework and customer complaints.
• Plan and manage upcoming works to minimise disruption and avoid preventable issues.

• Oversee vehicles and drivers, ensuring adherence to company standards and the Highway Code.

This is a people-focused role where you'll lead by example, driving performance across Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Fleet, Operational Delivery and Customer Experience. We would love to hear from you if... You are a strong people manager, able to motivate teams and manage performance with confidence. Clear communication and diplomacy will come naturally to you, and you'll be comfortable making independent decisions, even when balancing client expectations with business priorities.

Experience in a supervisory role within the utilities or water sector will be essential. A sound understanding of health and safety is also key, and ideally you will already hold an IOSH qualification. It would be an advantage if you also have NRSWA, SMSTS/SSSTS, or CDM training.
