Customer Services Officer (Financial / Insurance)

We are working with a successful NI business who provides bespoke financial services within the construction markets across the UK to recruit for their new permanent Customer Services Officer to join them on a permanent basis and offering a generous package and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the department team lead and within a team you will be working directly with commercial customers; from initial call / enquiry, through developing and qualifying their specific need and providing ongoing support throughout the onboarding process.

What we are looking for
  • Experienced within a customer focused role preferably within the financial, accounts, legal or advisory markets
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident & professional communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Proactive approach to the role, with a focus on finding practical solutions to operational challenges
