Job summary

A dynamic fashion business is seeking a temporary customer service representative to provide excellent support across various channels. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and strong communication skills. You will manage customer queries, returns, and updates while working in a friendly team environment for three days a week. Immediate start preferred.

Job description

Hours: 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday, 9:30am – 5:30pm)

Start Date: ASAP for at least 3 months

We're looking for a confident and reliable individual to join a lovely team on a temporary basis to support customer service operations within a dynamic fashion business.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service across various channels (email, live chat, etc.). You’ll be helping to manage day-to-day customer queries, returns, order updates and general support.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Able to work independently and efficiently
  • Experience withGorgiasis ahuge bonus(but not essential)
  • Passion or interest in the fashion industry is a plus

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly and confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3 days per week: Monday to Wednesday, 9:30am to 5:30pm
  • Immediate start preferred
