Salary: 19000 - 22000 negotiable.

Reporting to: Head of Customer Services Composed Ltd

Based : Leicester Square London UK

Type of role: Full-time position. Must be flexible to cover weekends and national holidays when necessary.

Working as part of a tight-knit team the Customer Services Executive will respond to the needs of our ever-growing customer base by providing industry-leading support for the Composed service.

Overview of responsibilities
  • Responding to customer queries and complaints via email
  • Handling reactive social media
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with our technology team to resolve them
  • Reporting trends in customer feedback to the Head of Customer Services
