A leading logistics company is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator in Worksop. The role involves resolving customer queries effectively and monitoring orders across various systems. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts between 7am and 5pm (working 1 in 3 Saturday mornings)
