Job summary

HCA Laboratories in London is hiring a Customer Services Coordinator to be the main point of contact handling calls and enquiries. Based in Shropshire House, you will manage telephone requests for tests, coordinate letters and mail merges, and liaise with third-party clients and couriers to ensure timely service.

You will support the Commercial Team and other departments within the Laboratory, including handling mail, scans, and ECourier services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of different sample types and test requirements.
• Experience using switchboard/telephone systems.
• Familiarity with Expanse computer system and test mnemonics.
• Knowledge of medical and laboratory terminology.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and distribute to the appropriate teams.
• Process mail and mail merges for letters and correspondence.
• Take telephone requests for additional tests and relay to labs.
• Coordinate with clients, hospitals, and consultants; liaise with couriers.
• Scan blood request forms and prepare/quote provisional prices for clients.
• Franking of post and management of the Customer Care mailbox.
• Provide support to the Commercial Team and other laboratory departments; act as first contact for E-Courier services.

**Customer Services Coordinator****HCA Laboratories, London – Shropshire House****Permanent****Full Time, 37.5 hours per week****Shifts between 07:30 and 20:00hrs** We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Coordinator to join our HCA Laboratories team based in Shropshire House, London. Within this role, you will be the main point of contact, managing all telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately.**Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life.
