Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm (office based)

In this key role, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient after‑sales process, acting as a vital link between customers and internal departments. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless customer experience, maintaining satisfaction both internally and externally.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Process all sales orders, ensuring complete and accurate customer information is collected and documented
  • Manage post‑sale order tracking, stock monitoring, and project allocation for delivery
  • Coordinate with Dispatch, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure timely and complete project fulfilment
  • Ensure all customer delivery schedules are met efficiently
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and warmly
  • Maintain and improve internal customer service processes
  • Process extras, spare parts, and quick orders promptly to meet lead times
  • Investigate and respond to customer queries and complaints, ensuring thorough resolution
  • Maintain weekly reporting on customer service KPIs
  • Support additional business operations as required
