In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for clients’ customers, handling inquiries and striving to improve client experience consistently. You will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers. Consumer duty must be proactively considered, and emphasis placed on excellent service for our clients and their wealth, ensuring work is right first time. You will be working on the phones in a dedicated team and focus needs to be helping achieve department SLAs and KPIs ensuring that the client is at the heart of everything we do and seeking ways to improve client experience and outcomes. This is an inbound telephony position within our contact centre.
