As a Customer Services Assistant you'll be talking to lots of different people who call up and drop into our reception at the Council Offices, Beeston. Sorting out any questions they have or delivering services that they want to access. In addition, Customer Services Assistants will also be responsible for managing the Council's main switchboard, diverting calls to the relevant department as per the customer's request.
