A nationwide tyre retailer in the UK seeks a Customer Support Advisor to deliver exceptional telephone support in the Call Centre. The role involves responding to incoming calls, collecting customer information, and ensuring high levels of accuracy in all tasks. Applicants must demonstrate strong UK geography knowledge and outstanding customer service abilities. The position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum with various employee benefits, including a pension scheme and healthcare options.

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide a high standard of both inbound and outbound telephone support and associated administrative tasks within the Call Centre. Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers within a critical timeframe. Complying with customer service level agreements and internal procedures to achieve defined key performance indicators.
Hours: A variety of shifts working 20‑25 hours per week, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 6am – 8pm.
