Location: Trowbridge

Salary: £15,673.39-£15,860.11 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Part Time 24.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Working pattern: Monday – Thursday 12:00–17:00, Friday 12:00–16:30

Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre – The Role

Wiltshire College & University Centre is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide an exceptional service to students, families, and the wider community. You will be the first point of contact, helping with course information, enrolments, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Telephones: Answer calls, provide course information, and handle messages.
  • Admissions: Support applications and assist with student enrolments.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional service via phone, email, and web chat.
  • Information & Enquiries: Provide impartial guidance on courses, fees, finance, and entry criteria.
The ideal candidate will have

Essential Qualifications
  • Hold a Literacy and Numeracy Level 2 qualification (GCSE A‑C / 9‑4) or equivalent.
