Qualifications

  • Customer service experience is essential, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal are required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP is desirable.

Pay Rate: £26,500.00
Grade: RCS O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts between 7am and 5pm (working 1 in 3 Saturday mornings)
Location: Worksop - S80 3EG (Onsite)

  • Investigating and solving customer queries within a timely manner - both over the phone and through email
  • Processing, releasing and monitoring customer orders across various systems
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Customer service experience is essential, within a Supply Chain or Logistics background would be advantageous
  • Great communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills - experience of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (SAP experience is desirable)
