A local housing organization in Pontypool is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor. You will serve as the first contact for tenants, providing essential support and resolving queries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in a dynamic customer service setting. This role offers hybrid working, with 14.8 hours per week.
We are looking for a friendly, proactive and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team on the front line.
You will be the first point of contact for our tenants, providing support, resolving queries and making a real difference in people's lives every day.
You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and experience in a fast-paced, multi-platform customer service environment.
