If so, we have an opportunity for you to join our frontline Customer Service team as an Advisor on a Permanent basis.

You will be the backbone of our business who will provide exceptional support to all our customers whilst responding to a wide range of queries.

In this role, you will promote Eastlights’ online services and support our customers with any queries via our phone lines and email communications. You will achieve this by keeping our customers informed of timescales and developments, about their accounts while requesting feedback upon resolution to ensure the best quality of our services. You will also develop and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues, customers, and all other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will Undertake administrative tasks relating to our customers’ queries, by utilising Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve effectively. We are looking for a high standard of verbal and written communication skills, ensuring all interactions are clear and concise. Excellent IT skills including knowledge of MS Office Suite are vital for this role.

  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
