Job description
CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISER

Hours of work: 8am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday, finish 2.30pm on Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that operates on an International basis. You will be working in the Beauty industry within state of the art offices! Due to continued growth they are recruiting for a confident and professional Customer Services Adviser.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience of Logistics systems and processes
  • Ability to operate in a fast moving environment
  • Ability to manage various projects and implement new systems and business processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Committed and enthusiastic at all times!
Responsibilities
  • Identify trends and report statistical information back to Management meetings
  • Manage key accounts and deal with any issues and ensure they are resolved immediately
  • Daily use of CRM systems and processing orders to set timescales.
  • Assist with all escalated complaints and issues
  • Dealing with all inbound calls from clients and handle any complaints or issues

The suitable candidate for the Customer Services Adviser will enjoy working in a dynamic and exciting working environment and of course be passionate about Customer Services!! Also would be great if you have worked within FMCG and have Export experience.
