A leading financial services company in Salford is seeking a motivated individual for a customer service role. Responsibilities include processing customer requests, resolving queries, and maintaining records. Processing customer requests, handling financial transactions, producing letters and emails, working efficiently with internal systems, maintaining accurate database records, and resolving customer queries via phone and email.
Three to four days per week in the office; first three months full‑time in the office.
