Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Managing the customer account database, including data entry, analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Providing administrative support to the Commercial and Logistics teams.
  • Handling customer complaints and following up on service issues.
  • Participating in an out-of-hours support rota (paid in addition to basic salary).
  • Managing and directing sales enquiries to relevant team members.
  • Completing and maintaining supplier compliance questionnaires.
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships.
  • Providing sales support to the ReFood sales team.

40 hours per week 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri

Based in Doncaster and part of a close-knit team, the Customer Services Advisor provides essential support to ensure the smooth operation of service delivery, commercial, and logistics functions.

Customer Services Advisor duties include:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Managing the customer account database, including data entry, analysis and KPI reporting
  • Providing administrative support to the Commercial and Logistics teams

Customer Services Advisor benefits including a salary of £26k p/a as well as:
  • Hours: 40 hours per week 8.30am-5pm Mon–Fri
  • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
  • Pension: The Company will make contributions of 7% of earnings into the scheme. In addition, for every 1% the employee contributes the Company will contribute a further 0.5% up to a maximum Company contribution of 10%
