Job summary

A healthcare technology provider in Northern Ireland is seeking a candidate for a customer support role. The successful individual will deliver training on robot systems, provide exceptional support, and assist with installations. Experience in pharmacy or healthcare is essential, along with strong communication and organisational skills. This role involves occasional travel within the UK and offers the opportunity to play a key role in customer success.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Robot Operator or ACT is essential.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills are required.
  • Project management skills are a plus.

  • Deliver customer training on product range including software and robot systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and build strong relationships.
  • Assist in planning and managing customer installations.
  • Test hardware and software to meet operational standards.
  • Prepare robot canisters for installations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer training across the full product range, including robot systems, dispensing lockers and eMAR software for care homes.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.
  • Assist with the planning and project management of customer installations.
  • Test hardware and software to ensure products meet operational standards.
  • Prepare robot canisters for customer installations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for service improvement.
  • Travel occasionally within Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the UK for training and customer visits.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting as a Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Robot Operator or Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT).
  • Strong communication, organisational and project management skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and providing effective training.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail and as part of a collaborative team.
