Job summary

Vistry is hiring a Customer Service Technician to join our team based at Enderby, reporting to the office and covering sites across the East Midlands including Nottingham, Leicester, Peterborough and Northampton. You will provide an exceptional customer care service, advise on remedial solutions, carry out repairs where required, and complete works on time and at first visit where possible.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Technician to join our team within Vistry South East Midlands, reporting to our Enderby office and covering sites across the East Midlands region including Nottingham, Leicester, Peterborough & Northampton. As our Customer Service Technician, you will provide an exceptional customer care service to all Vistry Clients and Customers in accordance with the guidelines specified within the associated contract conditions and working to maintain our 5* builder status. You will assist office-based staff and offer technical advice regarding the remedial solutions, and where required carry out repairs, and complete works on time and within the first visit.
