Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Burger King Team Member at Donington Park Services. You will greet customers, take and process orders, assemble food to spec and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Shifts vary from 7am to 11pm, with weekdays and weekends required. The role offers development opportunities and a discretionary bonus, with a supportive team environment at our motorway services location.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and requests efficiently.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanour when interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests accurately and promptly.
• Assemble Burger King products to order with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain brand standards and a clean, welcoming workspace.
• Resolve customer queries with a positive, customer-centric approach.
• Work with colleagues to foster teamwork and a cooperative environment.
• Create a memorable experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Help prepare store and kitchen for the following day’s trade.
