Job summary

Greggs is hiring Team Members to join our fast-paced team in the UK. You will provide fast and friendly service to customers, keep the shop clean, and help prepare our popular products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers have a brilliant experience whether they shop in-store, order for delivery, Click+Collect or online.

No prior experience is required, as we offer full training. We value inclusivity and believe diverse backgrounds enrich our workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience is not essential.
• As long as you’re willing to learn, we’ll give you all the training you need to do an amazing job.
• You’ll be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Keep the shop clean and tidy at all times.
• Prepare Greggs products as required.
• Support customers across multiple channels (in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and online).
