Job summary

Welcome Break in Abington, Scotland is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to be the friendly face for travellers. Immediate start and flexible full- or part-time hours, with earning up to £12.85 per hour plus £1 meals on every shift.

You'll greet customers, help them find what they need, keep seating and back-of-house areas clean, and follow food safety and health standards. Full training is provided and there are great staff perks and progression paths.

As a Customer Service Team Member at Welcome Break, you’ll be the friendly face our customers see first. Whether you’re helping someone find what they need, or keeping the site looking its best, you’ll play a big part in delivering a great experience for our customers on the move.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently
• Keep the customer seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
