A leading transportation firm is seeking a professional to build relationships with customers and lead a team of Service Advisors in Bristol. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering a salary starting from £32,000 plus benefits. Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Advisors & Administrators to meet business KPI’s and performance standards.
  • Ensure a customer‑first culture within your team of professional Customer service Advisors.
  • Improve the efficiency of servicing, repairs and maintenance handling queries.
  • Oversee accurate invoicing for works carried out, keeping WIP to a minimum.
  • Monitor and enhance performance and processes, including quality job card write‑ups.
  • Monitor and review business KPI’s, addressing underperformance and minimising costs to the Branch.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication, working upfront to keep our customers up to date.
